i have been with sainsburys for 6 years and never made a single claim unitl now. This was a particulary nasty condition my pet picked up which is believed to be ongoing.However siansburys then turned around and said this will not be covered as it is pre-existing,i fought and argued my case and even my vet said this is not pre-existing at all but still they would not back down.so therefore i thought enough is enough.
