General Comments
Further to my review of 29th Nov. 2008
After Mr Clutch declined warranty of clutch that was completely burnt after just 2000 miles, a solicitor suggested to have the clutch inspected by an independent engineer. I requested the clutch to be returned as due to the declined warranty it still is my property. Mr Clutch replied: " We do not have the clutch anymore, it was disposed..."
This constitutes destruction of evidence in a court case for which I could sue them. This however would by no means guarantee to receive compensation and will cost me several times the value of the clutch replacement.
