Great branch staff.
Bad Points
Too many to mention. No redeeming features.
General Comments
Royal Bank of Scotland is extremely bureaucratic and rarely responds to correspondence, whether complaints or routine. I have complained three times formally, and many times in branch. The branch staff were at all times courteous and helpful, but obviously up against a corporate megalith. The deterioration took place in the last 3 years.
