Delivering Business Grade Voice quality over the internet is much more than selling a hosted service. The whole delivery network should be analyzed by the provider. This includes the Client's LAN (Local Area Network), Router, Firewall, ADSL lines and ITSP (this being the part where the VOIP calls are routed through traditional telephone exchanges).
Our Hosted solution is provided via two mirrored fully redundant data centres in London. The service is powered by Broadsoft (accounts for 75% of the softswitch market).
