Good Points

I have no good points about this company.


Bad Points

I never recviced my item and I had no customer service and they ingored my attempts to contact them.
Avoid this company.


General Comments

I "attempted" to order a tag for a collar them CanineConcepts.
They stated 3-4 working days delivery and after 12 working days I had recviced no item, no respone to my email and they did not answer thier phone line on the several occassions I rang to find out about my order.
