Our group of 16 dined at Romsey Prezzo last night. Absolutely terrible. Meat Balls dish inedible - staff did not appear surprised. Chicken undercooked and came with chips and no veg. Other dishes disappointingly small. Waited an age for service to order. Waited an age for delivery. Our main guest (birthday) meal arrived 10 minutes later than rest. Staff hopelessly inadequate. Waited 10 minutes for glass of water, went to service desk to ask where water was to be told 2 we are busy doing your bill" - Had to remind staff that service comes before bill - this was a shock to the staff who considered my request unreasonable. All in all a disgraceful place to dine.
