No good points at all.Think before you go with them.
General Comments
Never ever before recieved such unprofessional service.I am from Ukraine and opened my business over here not long ago with Lloyds.
1.Manager only over the phone in Birmingham
2.No help at all whatsoever
3.Unfair high charges
4.My direct debit for business premises insurance,van insurance,phone direct debit and energy was cancelled by bank and this is first time i ever heard that bank can cancel
your direct debits without you permission.
This bank is biggest in UK but worst i ever seen in my life.
