Cost of physio is probably going to outweigh any savings made on a not so cheap flight.


General Comments

I have just undertaken probably the worst Thomas Cook Airline flight ever purely because of the extremely poor legroom provided on a UK -Cyprus flight. For 5 hours I had to sit in a seat that has a smaller seat pitch than my thigh bone. I am only 5'11' tall. After two days and despite exercising on the plane, I still have severe back pain which seems to be getting worse. The staff were very friendly which was the only bonus.
I will never, never fly with them again and as I am a frequent flyer (and looking at other reviews) this is going to start affecting their bottom line.
