Good Points

Only the surveying and planning departments.


Bad Points

Sales organisation a total shambles with no regard for customer relations.


General Comments

Ordered conservatory from Everest on 30.12.08 at slightly (5%) discounted price if we signed on the day, we agreed and paid deposit. After 2 prompt and professional visits by surveyor and plans agreed, received letter on 13.2.09 advising project had been under-costed and we would be contacted to discuss way forward by us making a contribution towards the under-costing. After making several chase up calls and texts, we were finally contacted by original salesman on 27.03.09 who said he would get back to us in ' a week or so'. Having still heard nothing by 20.04.09 I wrote complaining about lack of response . There still being no response by 29.04.09 I telephoned and was told a letter was en route and my deposit was being refunded. The letter at last gave a value of the extra amount required-33%; needless to say I have declined to meet this cost.
