Their drivers are issued with mobile phones.
General Comments
Left detailed instructions on delivery with the company I purchased from and sellotaped to the front door.
TNT's courier actually phoned me while I was driving. When I returned his call six minutes later, he moaned that he was at the end of my road and would have to turn around. However, he did confirm that he would do that and follow the delivery instructions. Needless to say no delivery was made.
I paid £30 for this!
Extremely inconvenient disservice where it is seemingly not possible (in spite of the driver having a mobile phone) to get an accurate delivery time.
I haven't finished with them yet...
