Good Points

When I can eventually manage to log on long enough to cancel all my direct debits and transfer them to another bank.


Bad Points

Takes forever to access the site, and if you ever manage to get in, it slings you back out in seconds.


General Comments

Useless. Abbey Internet Banking site I have ever used seemingly since the takeover.
