Being an apple hardware user I kind of felt obliged to use itunes. Even knowing that it was one of the most expensive download sites out there I felt the pull of the brand.

At the time I started using it it was definitely the best in terms of functionality and usability. The problem is now the competition has caught up with it and they're cheaper.

So Apple...you need to lower your prices if you are to stay in the running. Supplying your MP3 players with itunes is no longer enough, people are getting a lot smarter.
