Good Points

They do answer for emails sometimes and they have interesting sense of humour...


Bad Points

They don't answer sometimes, they do not inform about problems with delivery until You actualy ask. They don't have stuff which is in offer.


General Comments

They do response sometimes.... As I wrote above, I place an order 4 of February, emailed them month later asking why it hasn't been done yet, answer was:

It's out of stock at the moment. But don't worry, we're doing all we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. Plus, we won't charge you until it's in the post. If you'd prefer not to wait, login to My Account at hmv.com to cancel your order.

I kept thing going... I wrote another email 2 months from order and there was no answer until 28 of April:

we couldn't fix it
We ' re so sorry, but we haven't been able to get hold of a copy for you. It ' s sold out, and we ' re not aware of any plans to re-release it.
You might be able to get hold of a second-hand copy, but sadly not through us. If anything changes, we ' ll be in touch. We ' ve cancelled the product from your order, and haven ' t charged you for it.
We really hope you ' re not too disappointed. We ' ve got one of the biggest databases in the world, so it ' s unusual for us not to come up with the goods.

Well, biggest database is not good enough to find the dvd which was on offer. I am well dissappointed.
