Good Points

Everything.


Bad Points

Nothing. I'm not being stupidly uncritical, I just cannot think of a single thing that they get wrong. Just to point out that I am not an HSBC shareholder, just a very satisfied First Direct customer.


General Comments

I cannot speak of First Direct highly enough. 18 years and never, but never have I come even close to a problem. Real people, real customer service, real results. They should be a model framework for all internet banking operations.
