Good Points

None, they are incompetant, ignorant, and lazy


Bad Points

Unfortunately i havent got a spare month to lists all the bad points as i am too busy chasing them up to try ang get them to do their job


General Comments

Zurich is an absolute joke of a company. All my phone calls to them were obviuosly a complete waste of time as it would appear that they were ignored. Nearly 4 months since the accident and they havent even bothered to obtain a statement from their own driver. Looks like i am going to have to take them to court to obtain the compensation for the damage to my car which i have had to pay for out of my own pocket. I'd advise anybody that is considdering Zurich for any insurance to avoid them like the plague, even if the premium is far cheaper than elsewhere
