The worst expereince of our life with Air Transat flying to Punta Cana. I paid advance $140 extra for my wife & myself for a selected preassigned seats which we did not get them for the inbound flight because we were bumped to different seats. My wife suffers from Claustrophobia and I have doctor's note on me. That's why we paid extra for seat selection. As a result of not getting our confirmed seats, my wife suffered anxiety attack and had to double up on her medication to calm her down. Since airline failed to deliver our preselected paid for seats, we should get my advance seat selection money refunded as fair business practise for failing to honour for our paid seats selection. Lastly the food served was worst wherein they served us Superstore no name brand soup which tasted horrible
