I called AA Car Insurance to ask why they are chasing for payment when I cancelled my policy back in February. I was told my policy was cancelled .. for my Ford Fiesta, when I told them I've never owned a Ford Fiesta .. they said my insurance wasn't cancelled and that is why they are chasing for payment. So what happend about the person with the Ford Fiesta, do they think they have a valid policy. 54 mins on hold between departments
