Good Points

Price - but you pay peanuts and you get peanut service.


Bad Points

Very unfair attitiude in charging £25 only 40 minutes after taking the policy out - what cooling off period?????
beware - the cover is not as comprehenisve as other policies which is why it is cheap


General Comments

Having paid my Swiftcover Car Insurance premium in full, I then changed my mind and wanted to cancel as I could see I wasn't covered for everything that I wanted to be covered for when I downloaded the schedule and printed it off (yes, my fault you could say) but only 40 minutes after taking the policy out, they still wanted to charge me £25 to cancel. A little unfair I think. I was passed around to three differrent staff members but no-one wanted to help. Their attitude was 'tough'. You should read everything very carefully and be 150% certain you want this policy before you click!!!
