General Comments


I have been with direct line for several years and they have been fantastic.
Almost everthing in my house is covered with direct line and I would never change
I had a burst pipe in my toilet last year it happened at 8pm at night and I was frantic.
The company that direct line instructed to deal with the disaster(Balfour) were very proffesional and even down to the accesors they were excellent...

Nothing but praise from me...worth every penny....
