I am on the third day of Kellogg's Kickstart Special K and have lost 4 pounds already. I have been eating the normal one for breakfast and the bliss one for lunch. Only hard bit is when the housemates fill the house with delicious smelling food. Am going to stick at it though :)

Drop a Jean Size: The Kelloggs Cereal Diet
All you have to do is eat one bowl (approx 45g) of Kellogg's Special K, or other Kelloggs cereal, with semi-skimmed milk for breakfast, and then another to replace lunch or dinner - it's that simple!
