Bad Points

Bad customer service, 'track order' didn't work, failed to deliver the item 2x.


General Comments

I will never order from Littlewoods Direct again and I canceled the present order as well. They failed to deliver on the arranged date. I stayed at home the next day but my microwave didn't show up. I canceled my order because I can't afford to take another day off work.
