Bad Points

Not enough cashiers open when it is busy


General Comments

This is Zara in the Eaton Center store, Toronto, Ontario CANADA.

Customer service was poor. Not very consistent with advising customers to try on jackets....one salesperson advised me to use dressing room to try on a jacket. Meanwhile, there were other customers in the store who where trying on shirts/blouses and did not use dressing room
