purple damaged my car's Review of Heathrow, Purple Parking

Good Points

Everything went very smoothly apart from the fact that the car was returned to me damaged and Purple Parking refuse to take responsibility for the damage that they caused to my car while it was in their care.


Bad Points

Car damaged on return and Customer service would not accept any responsibility.


General Comments

Delivered my car to purple parking's pound and got minibus to heathrow. Arranged for car to be delivered to me at airport on my return. Experience was good until the morning after I had returned home. In daylight I could see that there was a purple pen mark on the car's cream leather, which was certainly not there before I left the car with purple parking. Reported this to purple parking - the outcome of their investigation was that nobdy in purple parking used purple pens and therefore they were not responsible for damage caused to my car.
