Poor quality product. Now understanding of customer service. Parking thief.


General Comments

I shopped in my local Wickes store last week and visited on four separate days. As a pensioner I was not in a hurry to select my preferred bathroom suite and ancillary's . Imagine my surprise a week latter to be sent a notification of a £95 parking fine for staying in their car park for more than 90 minutes. After two visits to a very unpleasant manager (what happened to customer service), she agreed to cancel the fine with the condition that i don't overstay my 90 minutes parking next time. Does she imagine that I will shop there again!
