THE COST!! Less than £500...!

They don't do the viewings, but that didnt bother me at all!

General Comments
A very unusual service, but very effective. You will only see a representative from Hatched.co.uk once, but they will get the property on the major websites and they sold the house within 4 weeks for a price that my local agents had generally quoted and all for less than £500. They have 2 other options, which are more expensive, but I paid them £199+vat up front and then it cost me just £199+vat again on completion...I dont understand why everyone isn't using them and how high street agents can keep trying to justify their fees when you have an agent like Hatched!
