Onestopphoneshop.co.uk - a branch of Carphone Warehouse.
I bought a new handset, when it arrived it was a different handset from the one i had asked for. At the time of ordering the phone i had also asked if i wanted to return it whether i would be able to do so. i was told that i could return it within 14 days and now i'm bieng told that it's not their fault they have sent me the wrong phone and that i've only got 48 hours to return the handset and i have to pay for the recorded delivery charges. Shocking attitude from what i thought was a reputable company.
