they delibertly get clients in debt, they do not take reponsibilty for their error, they are patronising towards business women. and alter the goal posts want they have you in their hands.

General Comments
Iam a sole tader and have been with lloyds for4 years with an anuual turnover of 275k. i have been overdrawn x 3 times by 155.00 but has been the fault of the bank for agreeing to honour direct debits but forgetting to mark my account as such.
i have asked them for an overdraft faciltiy for 3 months , as my client have altered their payment dates. i was told this was fine, i was allowed to withdraw cash on the day they said my overdraft was given the thumbs up. which was 4 days after i asked for the overdraft. they also adviced me on how to make my creditors payments and that this overdraft would allow such payments.
i went by their advice and paid as they suggested.
the following day they withdrew the over draft facilty stating it was an error. i am now in debt.
