Overall Rating
- Value for money

- Ease of Use

- Time Computer OwnedOver 1 Year
- Ease of Set Up

In fairness I never had a problem with communications with Cyberpower, a blown Motherboard in the first month was quickly replaced under warranty, however same fault refused under warranty 11months from first failure.
Bad Points
PC was delivered new with case screws missing and some motherboard components missing the so called "professional wiring" extra, cost £12.00 and seemed to be a scrunching up of all dangling wires and tucking them out of sight.
General Comments
Purchased a system online from Cyberpower via their Configurator which allows the prospective buyer to select compatible components to custom build your PC.
What they fail to mention is Cyberpower sees this as an upgrade even though they build the pc in which case the three years warranty is reduced to one year on the expensive parts of the PC.
I would be reluctant to buy from them again.
