Good Points

There are none as far as I can see

Bad Points

For a company who's motto seems to be without prejudice I think picking on pensioners and women travelling alone to bump off flights, presumably because they think these people will cause less trouble, is massive prejudice. The whole company present as uncaring and totally lacking in respect for their customers.

General Comments

Tried to ' bump off' my sister when we arrived at the airport, a pensioner travellling alone. Next available flight was two days away. The Canadian Affair rep wasn't wearing an identification and when we asked her name told us she was not obliged to divulge this information! Obviously very proud to be working for such a caring company! Extremely unhelpful at all levels. Have been in constant communication with the company from customer services to managing director since October 2008. They have replied to some of my letters but these have been empty communications that have neither apologised or addressed most of the issues involved. Would never use this company again.

I found this review not helpful because... From my experiance of Canadian Affair, occasionally flights are over booked (this happens with all companies. This happened with my flight out this May, however the representative politely was going through the queue waiting for check in - asking if anyone would volunteer to take the next flight to Toronto, offering £100 voucher and free hotel room and food if the flight was the following day.. in my opinion this was hardly bumping someone off a flight, it was likely taken out of context
