General Comments
Ordered new shock for my divvie on wednesday morning. told will be delivered by fedex on friday. great i work as a motorcycle courier and would only miss max 3 days work. friday 4pm make phone call. promised will be delivered b4 6pm (am last package to be delivered by fedex) Of course van doesnt turn up. sat morning ring up. told driver could not deliver at 3pm even though i was home and dk spares spoke to driver at 4pm and were told he still hadnt got to me yet. told it would be delivered sometime on monday. instead use my initiative and go to fedex depot and collect package myself. guess what - they have sent me the wrong shock. all the paperwork is right but the shock doesnt match the paperwork. told they will send it again on tuesday and will collect the wrong shock at same time. monday ring up to confirm the shock is on its way. told yes i will have it tomorrow. tuesday 4pm ring dk spares as have not had visit again from fedex. am now told they havent sent me anything. infact dont know anything about replacing the wrong shock. might get one to me by the end of the week. so far DK spares has cost me 500 quid in lost wages. what next?
