Charge even if they cannot unlock phone.
General Comments
Mobile Unlocked were unable to unlock my particular model so I requested a refund. Several days later they said it was in the hands of the accounts department and to wait up to 28 days for possible refund. Stopped claim through paypal to give them the benefit of the doubt and they took £5.00 for admin fees!! Seems like they are ok if phone compatible but be careful if not.
