Good Points

Very friendly and honest nurses.


Bad Points

The very friendly and honest nurses are no longer working there.
High pressure sales tactics filled with lies.
Expensive and so far ineffective.


General Comments

I'm a customer at Waterford Lakes Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal. My husband bought me a gift cert. for my 30th birthday and I was so excited. NOT ANY MORE!!! I've spent over $6000 and about 90% of my hair is still comming back. I've had 5 treatments so far, and I've had nothing but problems when expressing my concerns. I'm going at the end of the this moth to demand a resolution once and for all ... I'll write about how it goes, but if it's anything like what I've experienced so far it probably will not be good. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND someone to get LHR unless they have one heck of a guarantee!
