No ownership - they took my money but I'm supposed to do all the work to put it right!

General Comments

I bought tickets from See and was charged 5 times for the same transaction. My credit card company called to check that it wasn't fraud and informed me that almost £1300 had been taken from my account in 5 transactions - I had bought once!

You know the rest - phone the call centre 'there's only one transaction here' (I know!). Speak to manager: 'you'll have to send us proof that we have taken the money, then we'll think of refunding you.'!!!

Wait a minute - who's just taken £1000 more than they should have from who? - so it's my responsibility now to put it right!

Raised it with their 'Customer Services' team who have yet to phone me back.
