They deal direct with my vet whos tells me they pay reasonably promtly. Vet says they are one of only a few they will deal with direct.
General Comments
I now have my 3rd dog insured with Paws which means I have been a customer for about 20years. Molly is 9years old in November and has 2 ongoing vetinary conditions that need regular treatment one involves injections every 6 months and the other is an injection every 4 weeks. They have been paying this for 4 years and have never unduely increased the premium til now. Suddenly they have increased the premium by 50% and the excess by 300% that means I cant claim for anything under £350.
