You can track your package within their website.


Bad Points

They don't care about their customers. Slow shipping.


General Comments

After a few weeks of waiting for a R/C Planet kit I ask their customer-service for a tracking-number so I could see where it is. They couldn't send me a number because the kit was not even sent out.

Two weeks before, they told me "We are processing it now and should be shipping late today or first thing tomorrow", which was obviously not true. After four weeks of waiting, I didn't receive my order yet...

They really don't care about their customers, so I wouldn't recommend RCPlanet at all. Don't order at RC Planet if you are located outside the US.
