MOTORPOINT could not give me a definate answer if the vehicle had been involved in an accident. They did however say the vehicle was in unsatisfactory condition but placed it back on the sales pitch whilst I was still in the showroom. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded as promised despite a number of calls.


General Comments

Saw the car detailed on the internet with a full description but no photo. I called Motorpoint Derby branch who said the car was on site. Off I went from Sheffield to Derby only to find the vehicle was actually in transit and would be here in the next few days. I was given a different vehicle to look at same model and trim but a different engine size. " Dont worry sire the vehicle you are sat in is the same spec and condition as the vehicle you are interested in. With that assurance I place a deposit to hold the car. A week later my proposed new car arrived but in bad condition, front tyre different size and rating to the rest, damaged seats, ill fitting bonnet due to wings and being replaced.
