Good Points

There must be some, but since I am not using any other services than "online banking", so I can`t list any.


Bad Points

No online banking e.g.
Instructed payment transfers only visible a few days later
No immediate transfer from current to investment accounts
Setting up a Payee requires up to two working days
Several restrictions on transfer amounts (single transaction, daily etc.).


General Comments

I have a very simple business model (consulting services) and really don`t expect a lot of service from my bank. The only thing I do need is a working online banking. So I can`t comment on any other services provided by Lloyds TSB Business Bank Account. However, if you simply require a online banking service then you must look somewhere else. It`s unbelievable that in the year 2009 a bank does not provide online banking.

What Lloyds advertises as online banking is nothing else then a secured platform to send instructions to the bank. Nothing is online on this platform. On top of this there are loads of restrictions e.g. 10K per payment transfer or 30K for daily transfers to be setup. I had to instruct my corporation tax in several daily instructions.
