General Comments

Of all the call centres I have had to ring the AA is by far the worse. I tried to ring on Saturday to add my son to my insurance. I had to sit through the sales pitch then was cut off. I tried a second number. Sat through the sales pitch, then was cut off. Tried a third number, sat through the sales pitch then was put on hold, with a reassurance every few minutes that I would be dealt with very soon now. I stuck it out for three quarters of an hour as I didn't want to waste the phone call but had to give up in the end. Tried again Monday but still can't get through. Won't be using the AA again!
