Good food,staff were efficient and friendly.flight on time in fact made time both ways.The pilot was very informative at all times.Aeroplane was very clean.

Having read some of the comments about NWA on this site we were a bit apprehensive.I am glad to say that we had a very good flight from London Heathrow to Orlando via Detroit.with no problems at all,everything went to plan and we were delighted .Cabin staff were efficient and friendly and we have nothing but praise for this airline and would definitely use them again.
