General Comments
Do not use KBBC. Their designer tried to continually persuade me to choose one partiulcar style of cupboard after giving me the choice of designs. A new designer arrived and this was an improvement. Then so much time was wated after five attempts to deliver the correct units and non broken cutlery inserts. KBBC were not interested in providing any useful customer service after they had most of my cash. The fitter was grumpy and tried to change the design to suit his preferred choice of design without consulting me. They then chased me for the remaining cash which I refused to pay until problems were rectified. The fitter caused a water leak resulting in water damage to the ceiling in the room below. They eventually gave up chasing for the balance and I gave up with them, They're a waste of time !
