Good Points

Doing it Online is Easy, and provided me with good cover, must be thousands of happy customers.......isnt there ?


Bad Points

Customer services, one doesnt know what the others doing, bad organisation, poxy second class prepaid envelopes for a second class service, gawd I hope i dont have to make a claim.


General Comments

Bennetts Motorcycle Insurance is a joke, I have spent more time on the phone to them than riding my bike, Customer services..... dont make me laugh, big mistake and will be moving on next year, that is if they sort my problem out and dont cancel my policy like they have threatened
