Good Points

None. They are NOT cheaper than "real" stores so it's not even worth it.


Bad Points

A lot; not living up to what they tell you on their site, each time the same flawed story etc.


General Comments

I ordered books and cds from Bol on several occasions and all ended up with the same problem: on the site they mention a delivery time of 2-3 and sometimes 4-5 days. When I order it's all okay and more than a week later I get an email that one item is not available and they don't know when they'll have it again.
Please, in that case, don't say you'll have it in a few days and don't let me wait for more than the time you mentioned in the first place to let me know you don't even know when you'll have it again.
The first time I canceled part of the order that wasn't available and 2 days later the album landed on my doorstep...huhuhm....
2nd, 3rd and 4th time I canceled the entire order and do not plan on ever ordering there again. Waste of time and money. I wish ordinary physical stores would not vanish so quickly which almost forces you to buy of the internet these days.
