General Comments
Abbey National Business Bank Account is the worst business banking service I have every received and I regret the day I ever set foot in an Abbey branch. You are forced to make deposits and withdrawls using hole in the wall machines, you are completely denied ALL over the counter service. As a result deplosits are delayed by at least 24 hours. If you wish to withdraw a cash amount that is greater than your daily debit card limit you have no option but to transfer the funds to another bank account or wait a week for a bankers draft, that is completely unacceptable. So much for giving the businessman a fair deal! Walk into an Abbey branch and you are immediately made to feel like a second class customer. If you need them to do something quickly, you WILL be disappointed. I will be moving my business to another bank immediately.
