Nice promises at first e.g. "free" banking
General Comments
I asked 3 different staff members from different branches what would happen if a fraudster ran up an unauthorised overdraft on the visa debit card of my Halifax current account. All 3 immediately thought that I would probably lose out but after taking a minute to talk to another person they said that all would be ok. None of the staff members knew what a chargeback was.
They keep asking will I get this product, will I get that product (these products are unsuitable for my financial stability but probably must be good for halifax's owners)
Am going to cancel my account
