General Comments
The Wedding Shop, Colchester was cramped, service was appalling (rude, impatient staff who made personal offensive comments about the bride's choice of colour scheme for dresses and who seemed surprised that we would want to try dresses on before purchasing them!! ).
The selection of dresses and sizes was very limited for a group of girls of different sizes; changing rooms were in the middle of the shop allowing for no privacy when showing dresses to other bridesmaids in the group; they didn't seem to stock sizes above 6/8.
They charge extra for adjusting dresses from standard dress sizes, so it works out far cheaper going elsewhere or just buying off the peg and getting dresses adjusted.
This was an awful experience for us, a group of girls looking for bridesmaid dresses.
