I rang Customer Services and spoke to a helpful lady - who sympathized with my situation, and the fact I've messed around, and generally not been happy with the service I've received. Think lady was frustrated for me. She was the only good part of this.

Person 1 at 'See Tickets' - Kept telling me that he couldn't hear me, then told me not to shout (i wasn't), then told me he couldn't hear me again, etc. Told him my issue - wasn't expecting a refund initially, until he told me I could have one - he went to sort it, but I got cut off.
Rang again a second later - spoke to Person 2 who was very abrupt. Told person situation, and that the previous man had said I could have a refund - she told me, that it quite clearly states in the terms and conditions that I can't have a refund. I said OK - but your telling me this, when it was one of your colleagues that told me I could. She went to speak to a supervisor, then my credit ran out.
Got some more credit and rang directly after. Spoke to Person 1 again - although didn't realise this initally. Told him I was speaking to a woman that had an accent. I thought I could hear her in the background discussing my tickets. He was adamant she wasn't. He said she might be mad. Re - explained ticket situation with this man, who had previously told me that I could get a refund, then told me I couldn't due to numbers being finalised. He kept saying that he couldn't hear me, then told me not to shout again. Told me to ring Customer Services. I did just that, who said that someone had put a request in already to phone me back, and the page is locked until someone does - she asked if they had taken my phone number - they hadn't . Now awaiting phone call back.
