Ordered Shooting Star Wedding Invite's from Karen's cards and was very disappointed from start to finish. Firstly the whole amount for Invite's was taken off the day after i ordered them, even though she would not acknowledge my emails asking if she had all the correct details for the order.

Secondly,you only get a PDF file off your proof which is not ideal.

Communication was terrible, she would not reply to emails.

Then the delivery saga started,she as previously mentioned could not provide a tracking number for the parcel, did eventually get an email saying they had been posted and when 5 days later i still didn't have them she made the excuse something came up so she could not get to the post office but assured me that they were posted on the Monday,then the excuse was she forgot to write my address on the parcel, I kept asking for tracking number as someone in my family works in Post Office and was going to track parcel but she could not provide this. Eventually the parcel arrived and i was very disappointed with the invites,some of the stars had fallen off,some hadn't been put on so the invites were odd rather than them all having 5 silver stars some had 3,some had 4 and some had 5. I got in contact with Karen who said i could send them back but to be honest i had enough hassle getting them in the first place i didn;t want to risk sending them back, however i did ask her to send some sticky pads and silver stars so i could fix them myself.

I was offered a matching guest book for the hassle of the delivery but needless to say that is nowhere to be seen. Ordered wedding invites from Karen's Cards would not use again.

  Not everyone can be happy We are at our most busiest and send tens of parcels a week, mistakes do happen and we apologised for the few days delay! A proof is sent via PDF or post. It was chosen by PDF of this occassion.
  
  Each invite is handmade so therefore will differ.
  
  Payment is taken upfront when you pay for your stationery by a 3rd party company. We have no input in the payment process.
  
  Any errors or mistakes are put right, on this occasion it was chosen not to be returned to us to correct. So feel the review is unfair when we tried out best to put right. Guest Book was promised and as the wedding is not for some time will be sent when we have more stock.

  Unfortunately not all clients can be pleased.
  
  A PDF or a posted proof is given, in this case a PDF was accepted and work told to start.
  
  All cards are "handmade" so therefore may slightly differ to the next one.
  
  In this case we feel the review is unfair as we was not given the oppourtunity to correct things as they didnt want to send them back, so we cannot comment on whether they were in fact all different.
  We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours, we feel our communication is second to none. We cannot answer emails straight away due to the vast majority of enquiries coming in and the production being done!
  We cannot help postal delays and hold ups. And we like everyone else can make mistakes and yes with the tens of parcels we send each day at present things can get mixed up. But are soon rectified. Unfortunately people are quick to complain for mistakes and errors and not praise for exceptional work and service.

  My wedding has now been and gone and i never did get the guest book,surprise surprise!!
