phone did arrive as promised


Bad Points

no customer service, no activation of phone - orange say dial-a-phone have messed up the order.


General Comments

I have recived a phone from Dial-A-Phone - Had to pay extra for delivery on Sat, i followed the instructions and left the phone on to active, after 24 hours it still wasn't activated so i called orange, they said to call dialaphone and get them to activate it, i called dial-a-phone but cant get though to them, all i get is their ridiculously stupid automated system, that wont let me speek to anybody or acknowledge that I have a problem.... - Very angry Sending phone back as it is useless without connection :(
