General Comments
Despite numerous promises they have hung onto my money for over 6 weeks now. I have battled and complained and finally asked the Financial Ombudsman to intervene. I will also be complaining to the FSA. Poor customer service, Abbey National Business Bank Account call centre personnel seem to have no banking knowledge. Put on hold all the time. Still have not had my money back.n
