Good Points

done really as i'm so disappointed with the lack of Frost Free - aside from that its just a fridge freezer nothing special


Bad Points

FROST FREE!!!!!!!!!!!! a total Joke - will never buy Hotpoint again. After Sales service a total waste.


General Comments

After spending the whole day defrosting my Hotpoint FFA47x FROST FREE fridge freezer i am completely annoyed. I have had nothing but trouble since the day i bought it and engineers have been out 3 times whilst under warranty. One time the engineer actually looked at me like i was a prize idiot and said "well all you have to do is defrost it"!!!! un-believable.
